Branch Brook Holdings, LLC was created in 2012 as a strategic partnership between Swander Pace Capital, Jefferson Capital Partners and United Natural Foods (UNFI). The partnership was formed specifically to work with growing organic, natural, and specialty consumer product companies. With decades of collective experience in the natural and specialty marketplace, vast hands-on time working specifically with consumer product goods, and the ability to provide direct access to UNFI's powerful distribution network, Branch Brook is uniquely equipped to help its affiliated companies grow.

Swander Pace Capital is a private equity investment firm with staff in California, New Jersey, and Ontario (Toronto) and approximately $1 billion of assets under management. The firm focuses exclusively on investing in consumer-oriented companies.
Jefferson Capital Partners is a private equity firm located in Richmond, Virginia that invests in growth financings, management buyouts, and recapitalizations. The firm has over $100 million of assets under management.
United Natural Foods is the leading independent national distributor of natural, organic, and specialty foods and related products, including nutritional supplements, personal care items, and organic produce, in North America.
